Mindfulness Meditation

Welcome to this four week Mindfull Meditation Class. We will be using breathe methods to assist us gain the most from our mediation practice, you will also learn several methods of meditating such as sitting, walking and few others!!

This Class meets every Sunday 6/18/17 through 7/9/17 at Cedar Lk. Meeting on the swimming side ( Cedar Lk Pkwy) there is a small fee, but No one will turn away for no pymt.
